Hi there! Welcome to 52 Yesses, my little corner of the internet where I’m embracing life’s challenges and adventures one “yes” at a time. I’m Eowyn Langholf, a storyteller, creator, and perpetual seeker of inspiration.

For years, I found myself caught in the routine of playing it safe, hesitant to take risks or step out of my comfort zone. Then one day, I realized how many incredible opportunities I was letting slip by. I decided it was time to change that narrative and say “yes” to the things that scared me, excited me, or challenged me. That’s how 52 Yesses was born—a year-long journey of saying yes to 52 new experiences, big and small, and documenting what I learn along the way.

This blog is more than just a chronicle of my adventures—it’s a celebration of courage, growth, and the unexpected joys of living boldly. Whether it’s learning a new skill, traveling somewhere unfamiliar, or tackling a fear, each “yes” is a chance to discover something new about myself and the world around me.

A Little More About Me

  • Storyteller Extraordinaire (at least in my head): I’m also working on several books, including The Threadborn Tapestries, a fantasy series close to my heart. Writing has always been a love of mine, and weaving stories is how I make sense of the world.
  • Genealogist: As part of my work as the Forest Elf at WikiTree, I’m passionate about connecting people to their roots and uncovering the stories hidden in their family trees.
  • Creative Explorer: When I’m not writing or diving into genealogy, you’ll find me experimenting with new projects, whether it’s blogging, podcasting, or trying a new hobby for fun.
